. - Booking conditions

Below there are the rules of reservation, payment and cancellation of tours, transportation and other travel services provided by DariaTour (Firm) on the website www.vippoland.dariatour.com.

BOOKING

1. Client sends a request for booking a service to the email address info.dariatour@gmail.com.

2. The  firm will send the reply (refusal or acceptance of the request)  within 48 hours.

3. The firm sends detailed information about the order: the type and amount of booked services, their cost, implementation period, the period of payment and cancellation.

4. The company sends an invoice for payment after all the details of services are coordinated with the Client.

5. In case the Client does not pay for travel services on time, the Firm shall be entitled to cancellation of  the reservation.

6. The Firm accepts payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron,MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro

PAYMENT

1. After receiving confirmation of the reservation customer has to pay on the basis of accounts.

2. Payment is made by the Client in 100% no later than 7 days prior to the start of the tourist services.

3. The service will be provided by the Company only after making full payment by the Client.

4. If the specified other forms of payment between the firm and the client, showing the points above do not apply.

Cancellation Policy

1. Customer can refuse the service until 7 days prior to the service starts without any additional cocts.  In case of payment by credit card, the amount will be transferred back to the card.

2. Customer can refuse the service during the period of less than 7 days before the tour. In this instance the Client pays a fine:  7-6 days - 25% of the cost of booked services, 5-4 days - 50% of the cost of booked services, 3-2 days - 75% of the cost of booked services, order canceled 24 hours before the tour - 100% of the cost of booked services.

3. In the case of no-show without warning, the Customer pays a penalty of 100% of services.

COMPLAINTS

1. Complaints for not rendered or not enough quality service accepted  in writen form to the representative of the firm on the route, a copy is sent to the head office within 7 days from the end of service. Complaints are processed within 4 weeks from the date of receipt. During this time both sides inform each other in written form about their decision. If the claim is found to be justified it will be compensated.

PRIVACY POLICY.

1. When the Customer orders tours he requires some personal information into the system (name, surname, email address).

2. Personal information is used only for customer billing, enabling customers to realize the payment for the service.

3. All personal data is provided to us only with the full consent.

4. Client's personal data are not recorded and is not stored in the database, and will not be transferred to the third part without Customer agreement. Personal data will be deleted after 12 months after the implementation of services by the Company. The Company also guarantees the confidentiality of personal information in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection from 29 August 1997 (Laws 2002, № 101, para. 926).

5. The company is making all the technical possibilities of protection of personal data of its Customers from unauthorized access.

6. We assume no responsibility for the administration of personal data in the guest book online www.dariatour.ru
